Cingular Wireless has been unable to let me call my 877 number that I own for voip use for about 3 weeks now. I reported the problem to them right away, and now every day I get a call or SMS saying they're still working on it. Every so often they call me up and ask me to dial it up again so they can trace it. And every 3 or 4 days they reset my account and my phone acts like I'm a brand new customer.

I believe I have found the unsolvable problem for them.
